Submitted By Lisa Newman on Tuesday, January 21, 2020
Happy 2020 to you and yours, I hope you enjoyed family and friends over the Holidays.

A great big CONGRATULATIONS to our U10 and U16 teams that participated in the Whitby Tournament last weekend, both achieving gold medals in their Divisions!!!!  Check out this article from the Chatham Daily News.

Our Under 14 Chatham Thunder travel team is leading their League, an enormous - WAY TO GO - goes out to Players, Coaches and Families in that Division, and our Under 9, brand-new-to-the-sport, travel team competed at the Waterloo tournament recently. It was a great initiating to travel play - best of luck to all those involved for the remainder of the season!

The final team update is concerning our Open 18+ Tournament Team, they had many great times going 0-3 at the Cambridge Tournament competing in the BB Division.  Yahoooo!!!!

At the House League level, things are heated up and players are working hard.  Games are running well in the U9/10 league with some great Coaches on the sidelines.  At the U12/14/16 Division, the Red Tomatoes are battling hard against their opponents and are trying for their second win of the Season.  The games are close and exciting!
Upcoming...the CRA Fundraising raffle draw is being held at Boston Pizza on Sunday, February 2, 7 pm.  All raffle tickets need to be returned to your team Coach or HL Convenor by Saturday, January 11th, 2020.
