Chatham Ringette's COVID Policy

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent and the Public Health Unit have advised that as of September 22, 2021, all spectators entering
the Erickson Arena must be fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated means 14 days after receiving your second vaccination shot.
Proof of vaccination must be provided.

The Municipality requires social distancing and masks be worn by all persons entering the arena. The Municipality
advises accommodation requests can be made through the Public Health Unit. Accommodation requests at this time will
only be considered for medical reasons.

The Chatham Ringette Association has released their vaccination policy which takes effect on October 31, 2021.
The CRA policy refers only to players and team staff members and not to facilities which are under the jurisdiction of
the Municipality. The CRA policy requires all participants, 12 years and older, to be fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021.
Affected participants include all Players, Coaches, Trainers,  Instructors, Officials, Volunteers, and Board Members.

In order to be considered fully vaccinated, affected persons must have received their second shot 14 days prior to October 31, 2021
In order to meet the vaccination policy deadline persons must have their first shot prior to September 19, 2021.
