As a Volunteer that will be working in our youth program, you will need to complete a few steps:
Step 1
One of the requirements of Chatham Ringette Association is to ensure up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Police Checks are on record. If you have a Vulnerable Secor Police check that is less than 3 years old, you eill nto need a new one. Please be sure scan a copy of it onto your computer or phone as you will need it as part of the registration steps. If you do not have one, please take the time to register at the link below:

Please be sure to select the Vulnerable Sector Police Check as you will be working with youth.
If you would like to be reimbursed for this, submit a copy of your certified Vulnerable Sector Police check and your receipt to treasurer@chathamringette.com
Step 2
Our volunteers need to register similar to our players. If you have a child registered in our program, you already have an account on our RAMP registration site
Logon to http://ChathamRingette.rampregistrations.com and select Coach/Staff Registration.
Fill in your information and select the level you would like to volunteer for. A drop down will allow you to select what position.
You will then need to complete and sign the Ringette Ontario waivers.
Th next screen will allow you to upload your Vulnerable Sector Police Check. You can use one document for the Vulnerable Sector Screening and the Criminal Record Check.
